Terms & Conditions
- We are unable to board un-neutered male and female cats over 6 months of age.
- Evidence of current vaccination against Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis is required. Initial course of vaccination (both injections) should be completed at least 4 WEEKS prior to the first day of boarding. Your cats annual boosters must be up to date.
- We reserve the right to refuse to board any cat that appears to be unwell on arrival, pending advice from your own veterinary surgeon.
- Our cattery has 24 hour emergency veterinary cover. Wherever possible we will seek advice from your cat’s own vet, or notify them of any emergency treatment your cat has received. We will also endeavour to make contact with you, or your designated representative, prior to treatment being given. In the event that your cat requires treatment while boarded, veterinary costs will be covered by our insurance except where the condition was pre existing the boarding period.
- If we detect evidence of fleas or worms while your cat is boarded, we will consult your own vet for advice, and administer appropriate treatment as required.
- We may decide to separate cats boarded together, if there is a risk that their behaviour may lead to injury. Cats may behave unusually when in an unfamiliar environment.
